Who is FEBCanada?
FEBCanada is an interdenominational, non-profit organization – incorporated in the Province of British Columbia in 1964.
As an autonomous member of FEBC International, the ministries publicizes and promotes global Christian broadcasting within Canada … and financially supports member organizations overseas, which are actively involved in the missionary radio network’s broadcast mandate.

As a registered member of the Canadian Council of Christian Charities (CCCC), FEBCanada is dependent upon donations from individuals, churches, and foundations to continue to support its global work.
Where do you serve?
FEBCanada supports the radio ministries work in Asia, Russia, Ukraine, Africa, the Middle East, and the Indian Subcontinent – reaching 50 countries, in more than 140 languages.

From its inception, FEBCanada has been committed to working with FEBC International’s overseas national directors and ethnic broadcasters – to provide prayer support and funding for culturally relevant broadcasts, which minister to the spiritual needs of listeners through sharing the message of Jesus Christ.
Why radio?
Radio penetrates geographic, political, ideological, and economic barriers that prevent countless numbers of people accessing the Gospel message through other means or methods.
FEBC International utilizes powerful AM/FM and shortwave radio transmitters – to deliver evangelistic and discipleship programming, to some of the most remote and needy areas of the world.
Radio also breaks barriers of illiteracy. A large number of people in the undeveloped world can neither read nor write – radio gives them the opportunity to hear what they cannot read.
Radio is the perfect vehicle, when privacy is a concern. FEBC International broadcasts can be heard in many countries, where Christianity is opposed. A Buddhist, Muslim, or Communist might not open their door to a Christian missionary – but they could listen privately to a radio program, as they seek the Truth.

What about disaster response?
FEBC International’s First Response team has developed a portable radio station that can be assembled within the critical 72 hours following a major disaster – offering life-saving information, such as food/water/medical/counselling/housing relief.
The ministry’s trained personnel also distribute radios – so that people, who have lost everything, can access critical news in their own heart language.
To date, the radio ministry’s First Response has actively served in disasters in India, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Nepal.
